Puffs "Appetizing"

Puffs are a quick bite, a light snack and a great idea for a holiday.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Puff pastry 300 g

Boiled sausage 100 g

Cheese 50 g

Tomato 1-2 pcs

Ketchup 1 tbsp l.

Thyme 1 pinch.


Roll out the dough into a layer.

Cut into small squares.

Brush with tomato ketchup.

Lay out the sausage slices.

Top with tomato slices.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Sprinkle with chopped dry thyme and drizzle with vegetable oil.

Put the puffs on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C, 15 minutes.

Put the finished puffs on a dish and serve.
