The easiest recipe for making delicious sorrel pies.
Cooking time 2 hours
Flour 400 g
Milk 200 pcs
Sorrel 1 bunch
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Frying oil to taste
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
After 10-15 minutes, add oil, salt and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar.
Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.
Knead the fluffy dough and divide it into pieces. Form tortillas.
Rinse sorrel and dry.
Chop the sorrel leaves finely and stir in the sugar.
Place the filling on the dough and pinch the pie.
Blind all the pies.
Fry in a frying pan with hot oil, on both sides until golden brown.
Put ready-made pies on a dish.
Sorrel patties are ready. Can be served at the table.
