Kulich in a bread maker

Kulich in a bread maker is an easy way to make a delicious Easter cake, when there is absolutely no time for it, your favorite bread maker will do everything for you.

Cooking time 3 hours 30 minutes


Flour 450 g

Cream 10% fat. 170 ml

Eggs 5 pcs

Powdered sugar 100 g

Butter 100 g

Raisins 100 g

Dried apricots 50 g

Sugar 50 g

Dry yeast 2 tsp

Vanillin 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Confectionery topping to taste


In a bowl, combine the yolks with the cream.

Add melted butter.

Pour into a bowl of a bread machine.

Sift flour into a bowl. Add sugar, salt and vanillin.

Add the mixture to the bowl.

Pour yeast on top. Switch on the breadmaker on the "Kulich" mode, medium size and light crust.

Soak dried apricots and raisins, dry. Dried apricots cut into cubes.

After the first dough, add raisins and dried apricots.

Then the baker will prepare everything itself. Remove the finished cake from the oven, remove the knife and cool on the side.

Beat the whites with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Decorate the cooled cake and decorate with pastry sprinkles.

Our cake is ready in a bread maker. Can be served to the Easter table.
