Squid 3 pcs
Crab sticks 100 g
Canned corn 100 g
Rice 50 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Defrost the squids.
Boil water, add squid and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Cool the squid.
Cut the squid into half rings in a bowl.
Add canned corn. Drain the liquid from it in advance.
Boil the rice until tender, rinse and discard on a sieve.
Boil eggs and carrots until tender, cool and peel.
Add chopped crab sticks, chopped eggs, carrots and boiled rice to a bowl of squid.
Season with mayonnaise and salt to taste.
Put in a salad bowl.
