Eggs 5 pcs
Flour 150 g
Sugar 120 g
Powdered sugar 100 g
Chocolate drops 50 g
Butter 30 g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Lemon juice (a few drops)
Salt 1 pinch.
Paper cupcake molds to taste
Break three eggs into a bowl.
Add soft butter.
In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, loose spruce and salt.
Add flour mixture to egg mixture.
Mix the dough well.
Arrange the paper cupcake tins in a mold.
Spread out the test tins by 2/3 of the volume.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C, 20-25 minutes.
Beat two egg whites with powdered sugar. Beat until creamy for 10-15 minutes, add a few drops of lemon juice at the end.
Apply protein cream to muffins.
Cut the marshmallows into halves and dip in pink sugar.
