Pancakes with cottage cheese "Creamy"

Pancakes with curd "Creamy" are delicate pancakes with curd filling for Maslenitsa. Ideal for a festive breakfast.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Milk 500 ml

Cottage cheese 200 g

Flour 150 g

Cream 10% fat. 100 ml

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Sugar 4 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/4 tsp


Pour the milk into a bowl. Add 2 eggs.

Add flour and salt. Stir the dough well with a whisk.

Add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Stir again.

Fry pancakes in a pan on both sides.

Fold the finished pancakes in a stack.

Grind cottage cheese in a bowl.

Add sugar and egg. Mix the filling well.

Spread a portion of the filling on the pancake.

Roll up the pancake with a straw.

Place the straws in a mold greased with vegetable oil.

Pour the cream over the pancakes and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.

Our pancakes with cream cheese are ready. Put on a dish, pre-cut diagonally and serve with your favorite jam or preserves.
