Pancakes with minced meat and rice

Milk 500 ml

Minced meat 300 g

Flour 150 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Rice 5-6 st. l.

Vegetable oil 5 pcs

1 tbsp butter l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Pour the milk into a bowl.

Add eggs.

Add flour and salt.

Stir the dough well with a whisk.

Add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Stir again.

Fry pancakes in a pan on both sides.

Fold the finished pancakes in a stack.

Cook the minced meat, peel the onion and chop finely.

In a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry the minced meat, kneading well with a spoon.

Add finely chopped onion. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Boil the rice until tender, rinse and discard on a sieve.

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, combine the minced meat and rice.

Put the filling on the pancake.

Wrap in an envelope.

Heat vegetable oil and butter in a frying pan.

Fry the pancakes on both sides. Put on a dish.
