Pancake knots with mushrooms

Pancakes nodules with mushrooms fried in cream, this is a delicious and original version of the preparation of stuffed pancakes. We definitely recommend cooking for Shrovetide.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 500 ml

Flour 150 g

Cream 10% fat. 100 ml

Champignons 4 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.

Onion 1 pc

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Pour the milk into a bowl.

Add 2 eggs.

Add flour and salt.

Stir the dough well with a whisk.

Add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Stir again.

Fry pancakes in a pan on both sides.

Fold the finished pancakes in a stack.

Peel mushrooms and onions.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the chopped champignons and finely chopped onions into strips for 3-4 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add cream and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Put the mushroom filling in the middle of the pancake. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Wrap the edges like khinkals and secure the edges with toothpicks.

Grease the form with vegetable oil and lay out the "knots". Brush with beaten egg on all sides.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 5-7 minutes.
