Pancakes on kefir "Maxi"

Large kefir pancakes are delicious on their own. But you can dream up and wrap a delicious filling in them.

Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients

Kefir 200 ml

Wheat flour 1st grade 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Baking powder 1/4 tsp.

Salt 1 pinch.

Preparation

Pour kefir into a deep bowl.

Add eggs and whisk.

Add flour, salt and baking powder.

Knead the dough to a consistency like sour cream.

In a hot frying pan with vegetable oil, spread the pancakes in 2 tbsp. spoons for each dough. And fry on both sides.

Put the finished pancakes on a dish.

Our pancakes on Maxi kefir are ready. It can be beautifully rolled up and stuffed and served.
