Italian pancakes with strawberries and mascarpone is a dessert for real gourmets. Thin pancakes with delicate cheese and strawberries literally melt in your mouth.
Cooking time 35 minutes
Milk 3.2% fat. 2 stacks
Eggs 3 pcs
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 pinch.
Mascarpone cheese 200 g
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Strawberries 5-6 pcs
Sweet cherry 4 pcs
Add the pancake dough by combining milk, eggs, butter, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Beat well with a blender.
Gradually adding flour and continuing to beat, bring to the consistency of kefir. Let it stand.
Place 100 g of finely diced strawberries, mascarpone cheese and icing sugar into a bowl.
Bake pancakes in a preheated frying pan, greasing it with vegetable or butter.
Spread the filling on one half of the pancake.
Cover with the second and fold again.
Garnish with berries and powder when serving.
