Pie with curd filling

Pour flour into a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, an egg, and chopped butter.

Knead the dough and let it stand, covered with a towel.

Chop half of bell pepper and garlic and fry with salt and pepper to taste.

Fold the cottage cheese into a bowl, break 3 eggs, finely chopped green onions, salt and pepper to taste. Add the toasted bell pepper.

Stir.

Spread the dough over a form greased with vegetable oil.

Arrange the filling and garnish with the second half of the bell pepper cut into half rings on top.

Bake in the oven until golden brown at 180 C. The bell pepper pie is ready.

Serve garnished with herbs.
