This delicious pastry is a real find. Skits are prepared simply and quickly, saves the family budget, and will be enjoyed by everyone at home.

Head of cabbage 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Eggs 4 pcs

Cumin 1 tbsp. l.

Flour 1-2 stack.

Egg 1 pc

1 tbsp butter l.

Milk 3.2% fat. 1/2 stack.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Knead the dough by mixing 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter and 1/2 cup of milk. Cover and let the dough rest while you cook the filling.

Chop the cabbage and stew with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.

Boil 2 eggs and chop finely.

Prepare the filling. To do this, combine the cabbage and boiled eggs, adding 2 raw eggs to them. Roll out the dough thinly and put the cabbage in the middle.

Close the top by gathering the edges towards the center. Spread with egg and bake at 200C until golden brown.

Remove the cabbage from the oven. Cut into portions and serve.
