For jam, interrupt canned pineapples without syrup with a blender.

Simmer with raisins and sugar until thick.

We evaporate the pineapple syrup with the addition of a small amount of sugar.

Put pancakes in boiling syrup and hold for half a minute on each side. Then we bread in peanut crumbs. Serve hot or cold.
