Pancakes stuffed with minced meat

These tender, juicy pancakes stuffed with minced meat and mushrooms will quickly scatter on the plates.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Fresh champignons 5-7 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Minced meat 200 g

Smoked cheese 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Milk 3.2% fat. 300 ml

Cream 35% fat. 150 ml

Wheat flour of the highest grade 120 g

Vegetable oil



Rinse the mushrooms, peel the onions.

At 2 st. tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions.

Add minced meat and mash well with a fork. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the diced mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the filling on a dish and cool.

Beat eggs in a bowl.

Add milk, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt. Mix well. Add flour and make pancake dough. Let stand for 20 minutes.

Bake pancakes on both sides in a hot frying pan.

Put a slice of smoked cheese on the finished pancake, put a tablespoon of the filling and wrap it in an envelope.

Place in a deep baking dish and pour over the cream.

Immediately put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Serve ready-made pancakes.
