Cake with chocolate icing is not only very beautiful and tasty, but also original. Recommended for the Easter table.
Cooking time 1 hour 45 minutes
Wheat flour of the highest grade 1 kg
Dry yeast fast-acting 12 g
Milk 3.2% fat. 300 pcs
Eggs 5 pcs
Butter 200 g
Sugar 200 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Eggs (for greasing) 1 pc
Chocolate (for glaze) 50 g
Confetti (for decoration) 1 tsp
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
Add half the flour, mix well. Remove to a warm place for 1 hour.
Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the yolks.
When the dough doubles in size, add salt, softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks.
Mix well and add the whipped egg whites and portions of the remaining flour.
You knead and remove for another 1 hour.
Divide the dough into parts. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Grease with a beaten egg and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
Cool and cover with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with confetti.
Serve to the Easter table.
