These mouth-watering stuffed pancakes with sausage and mushrooms are great for a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just as a nice snack during the day.

Ingredients
Milk 3.2% fat. 1 l
Flour 300 g
Boiling water 120 ml
Eggs 3 pcs
Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Fresh champignons (for filling) 3-4 pcs
Boiled sausage (for filling) 150 g
Onion (for filling) 1 pc
Parsley (greens) (for filling) 1 bunch
Salt (for filling) to taste
Pepper (for filling) to taste
Preparation
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Add milk and beat well. Add vegetable oil.
Add flour and salt. Mix well.
Add boiling water at the end and let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes.
Bake pancakes in a preheated pan on both sides.
Finely chop the mushrooms and onions.
Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil.
Put the fried mushrooms in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
Add chopped sausage and chopped greens into strips. Mix well.
Place the filling on the pancakes.
Wrap in envelopes.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the pancakes.
Stuffed pancakes with sausage and mushrooms are ready. Put on a platter and serve.
