Pancake knots with curd filling

These beautiful pancake knots with curd filling will decorate your table. Such original and delicious pancakes can be easily served on the festive table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Milk 3.2% fat. 1 l

Flour 300 g

Boiling water 120 ml

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Cottage cheese (for filling) 400 g

Dried apricots (for filling) 100 g

Raisins (for filling) 100 g

Sour cream 15% fat. (for filling) 2-3 tbsp. l.

Sugar (sand) (for filling) 2 tbsp. l.

Egg (for lubrication) 1 piece


Beat eggs in a bowl.

Add milk and beat well. Add vegetable oil.

Add flour and salt. Mix well.

Add boiling water at the end and let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes.

Bake pancakes in a preheated pan on both sides.

Fold in a pile.

Put dried fruits in a bowl and pour boiling water over for 30 minutes.

Add dried fruits, sugar and sour cream to a bowl of cottage cheese.

Mix well. Place the filling in the middle of the pancake.

Roll up in a knot. Fasten with toothpicks, put the knots on a baking sheet. Brush the nodules with a beaten egg.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Put on a dish (remove toothpicks).

Pancake knots with curd filling are ready. Can be served at the table.
