Persimmon pie

Winter season, it's time for persimmons. Did you know that it makes incredibly delicious pastries? Persimmon pie over a cup of hot tea, what you need in cold weather.

Cooking time 1 hour


Eggs 2 pcs

Sugar 130 g

Baking powder 10 g

Sour cream 20% fat. 5 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 pinch.

Wheat flour of the highest grade 150 g

Persimmon (ripe, dense) 2 pcs

Powdered sugar 2 tbsp l.


Beat eggs with sugar.

Add sour cream, baking powder, salt. Mix well.

Add flour and mix gently until smooth.

Wash persimmon and cut into cubes.

Add persimmon and dough and mix well.

Put the dough into a mold and flatten. Put in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees C.

Put the finished pie on a dish and let cool.

Sleep with powdered sugar and serve.
