Spiderweb cupcakes

Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs

Butter 100 g

Cocoa 3 tbsp. l.

Condensed milk. with sugar 300 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 8 tbsp. l.

Baking powder (1 sachet) 12 g

Salt 1 pinch.

Egg white 2 pcs

Powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l.

Chocolate without additions 100 g

In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with butter warmed to room temperature.

Add condensed milk.

Whisk well, add flour, baking powder.

Add cocoa at the end.

Put in tins for 2/3 of the volume and bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C.

Take out and let cool completely.

For the cream, beat whites with powdered sugar into a strong foam and remove in the cold.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and put it in a bag of parchment, cut off the tail and draw spiders, cobwebs or whole faces with chocolate on plastic. Place everything in the freezer for 2-3 minutes. Take out the cream and brush over the muffins. Decorate with chocolate figurines.
