Charlotte with apples and berries

Beat eggs in froth and sugar.

Knead the dough by gradually adding flour. Add vanillin.

Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Peel the apples.

Cut into slices.

Pour half of the dough into the mold.

Layer the apple slices.

Pour in the second part of the dough. Put the berries on top.

Bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Cool and cut into portions. Serve to the table.
