Did you want to make something unusual from pancakes on Maslenitsa? Then stuffed pancakes with cheese and mushrooms are just for you.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Eggs 2 pcs
Milk 2.5% fat. 200 ml
Wheat flour of the highest grade 70 g
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Porcini mushrooms 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Cheese 50 g
Butter 40 g
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Beat eggs with milk.
Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and flour with baking powder. Knead the dough, leave for 20 minutes.
Bake thin pancakes.
Let the pancakes cool.
Wash and dry the mushrooms.
Dice the mushrooms and onions. Fry in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the filling on each pancake in small portions and roll up.
Grease the form with vegetable oil and lay out the pancakes.
Add a little melted butter on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Cut into portions and serve with sour cream.
