Chicken thighs 2-3 pcs
Cheese 100 g
Prunes 50 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Carrots 2 pcs
Kiwi 2 pcs
Pomegranate 1 pc
Mayonnaise 4-5 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Boil chicken thighs until tender and cool. Separate meat from bones.
Chop the chicken into small pieces and place around a glass in a dish.
Apply a mayonnaise mesh to the meat layer. Place finely chopped prunes.
A layer of boiled finely chopped eggs and mayonnaise.
A layer of grated boiled carrots. A layer of mayonnaise. Salt a little to taste.
A layer of grated cheese. Spread well with mayonnaise.
Place thin slices of kiwi.
Remove glass and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
