Your loved ones will appreciate these aromatic, hot Christmas cakes with mushrooms and chicken.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Puff yeast dough 400 g
Fresh champignons 100 g
Boiled or smoked chicken legs 1 pc
Bulb onion 1 pc
Green onion (feather) 5 pcs
Egg yolk 1 pc
Salt to taste
Roll out the dough into a layer.
Cut out circles with a glass.
Finely chop the onion, finely chop the mushrooms and fry together in vegetable oil.
Disassemble the chicken leg for meat and bones. Cut the meat into small pieces and add to the pan. Salt.
Finely chop the green onion and add to the pan.
Put on a plate and cool. For each circle of dough, put the filling.
Cover with a second circle. Pinch the edges and brush with yolk.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C.
