Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes
Eggs for dough 4 pcs
Dough butter 100 g
Flour for dough 150 g
Sugar for dough 150 g
Milk chocolate for dough 100 g
Cream 35% fat. for glaze 1/4 tbsp. l.
Icing sugar 2 tbsp l.
Milk chocolate for glaze 100 g
Glaze butter 50 g
Any jam, for spreading cakes 200 g
Separate the yolks from the proteins. Mix yolks with sugar and beat well.
Melt the chocolate and butter and add to the yolks with sugar. Mix well.
Whisk the whites with the remaining sugar into a dense foam.
While gradually stirring, add the protein foam to the chocolate mass.
Pour the dough into a greased baking dish and bake preheated to 180 degrees C for about 40 minutes.
Cut the cooled cake into two pieces with a long knife. Brush the cake with a large layer of jam.
Cover with the second.
Cook a frosting with chocolate, sugar and cream. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add butter and cool slightly.
Apply frosting to the top and sides of the cake. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Top with berries and fruits.
