Halloween pumpkin pie

Pumpkin pie “Halloween”, for those who want to surprise guests and pamper them with a delicious and original pie.

Sugar 200 g

Flour 250 g

Soda 1/4 tsp

Glaze butter 2 tbsp l.

Powdered sugar for a cobweb 3 tbsp. l.


Take the ripe and juicy pumpkin, peel and seed.

Grate. It should turn out about a glass of grated mass (you can pass it through a blender).

Add sugar, egg, softened butter.

Mix well, add flour and soda quenched with vinegar.

Stir until the mixture is smooth. Put in a greased form and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Mix cream, butter, sugar and cocoa powder and put on fire.

Cool the frosting slightly and pour over the entire surface of the cake.

Beat a piece of butter with powdered sugar, put in a syringe and decorate the surface of the pie in the form of a cobweb.
