These awesome coconut biscuits beckon with their aroma. Such a delicacy is prepared instantly, and is eaten even faster.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Butter 150 g
Sour cream 10% fat. 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 100 g
Coconut flakes 100 g
Wheat flour of the highest grade 180-200 g
Starch 30 g
Salt 1 pinch.
In a deep dish, combine grated butter, sugar, flour, salt, sour cream and coconut.
Knead the dough.
Add starch and knead quickly.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into small portions (koloboks).
Put a sheet of parchment or foil on a baking sheet and sprinkle with flour. Make cakes from the balls of dough and put on a baking sheet.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Put on a platter and serve.
