These mouth-watering little cookies just ask for tea. And it's very easy to cook them.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Sugar 200 g
Flour 400 g
Butter 125 g
Egg 1 pc
Vanillin 1 g
Raisins 50 g
Mix sugar, flour, vanillin in a deep bowl.
Add chopped butter.
Mix well until crumbs are formed. Break the egg into a dough and mix well.
Put with a pastry bag on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Insert a raisin into the middle of each cookie.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 170 degrees C.
Put on a dish and serve with tea.
