Currant pie

Ingredients:

2 eggs, 100 g of currant jam, 50 g of sugar, 1 teaspoon of soda, 1 glass of flour, 1 glass of kefir, 1 glass of sour cream, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, 20 g of chocolate chips.

Preparation:

Mix eggs, sugar (50 g), jam.

Mix well. Add baking soda.

When the mass doubles, add kefir.

Add flour.

Pour the dough into a greased and semolinaized baking dish or skillet. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Whisk sour cream with sugar. Drizzle over cooled cake and garnish with chocolate chips.
