Cakes

Ingredients:

2 eggs, 200 g flour, 90 g butter, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 g vanillin, 50 g sugar.

Cream:

100 g of boiled condensed milk, 50 g of butter.

Preparation:

Add baking powder, sugar, vanillin to the flour.

Add eggs to flour and beat well.

Add softened butter and beat for another 7-10 minutes until creamy.

Place in molds, so that the dough is half of the mold.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees C until golden brown. Turn off the oven, do not reach until the oven cools down.

Mix condensed milk with butter and beat with a mixer. Use a pastry bag to place the cream on top of the muffins. Decorate with confetti.
