Pancake snack

An original pancake appetizer that will appeal to many. Great option for Shrovetide week.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Eggs 3 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 500 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 250 ml

Water 1 stack.

Sunflower oil 100 g

Salt to taste

Egg 1 pc

Pickled green olives 6-7 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.


In a deep bowl, prepare the pancake dough from eggs, milk, sifted flour, 50 ml of sunflower oil, salt and water. Mix well with a mixer or whisk.

Bake pancakes, brushing the pan with the remaining oil.

Boil rice and egg. Finely chop the egg. Cut the olives into slices, finely chop the greens.

Mix everything and season with mayonnaise. Place on the edge of the pancake and wrap the pancake in a tube.

Cut diagonally.

Put on a dish.
