Soup toast

Mustard bun toasts baked with garlic and herbs in the oven will be the perfect snack for any soup and more.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Mustard bun 1 pc

Butter 50 g

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Parsley (greens) to taste


The bun can be cut into any number of toasts. Along three slices or two more across, whichever you want. The peculiarity of mustard bun is that it does not become stale even if it does not even burn a lot or will lie all day. Cut the bun into 6 or 9 pieces.

Mix the oil with finely chopped herbs and garlic, season with salt and pepper.

Spread the butter, herb and spice mixture over the bun slices and place on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Serve warm.
