Apple pie with lingonberry

Apple pie with lingonberries and a cup of fragrant freshly brewed tea are all you need for an evening get-together.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Eggs 4 pcs

Sugar 1 stack.

Wheat flour 1 stack.

Sour cream 25% fat. 1 stack.

Apples 3-4 pcs

Vanillin 1/2 tsp

Soda 1/2 tsp

Lingonberry to taste


Beat the eggs with a mixer until white foam. Mix sugar with flour, vanilla, soda. We mix. Add sour cream. Put apples in slices on the bottom of the greased form, fill with dough and sprinkle with lingonberries on top. We bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Let cool and place on a dish.
