Pancakes with cottage cheese and raisins

Delicious and tender pancakes with cottage cheese and raisins. Mmm ... Delicious for a fun Shrovetide!

Cooking time 40 minutes


Milk 500 ml

Cottage cheese 200 g

Flour 150 g

Raisins (pitted) 50 g

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Butter 20 g

Powdered sugar 1 tsp

Salt 1/4 tsp


Pour the milk into a bowl. Add 2 eggs.

Add sifted flour and salt.

Add oil.

Whisk the dough well.

Bake thin pancakes in a pan on both sides.

Stack the pancakes.

Mash the curd with a fork.

Add egg and sugar.

Soak the raisins in boiling water and dry.

Add the raisins to the curd.

Mix the filling well.

Put a portion of the filling on the pancake and wrap it in an envelope.

Stuff all the pancakes.

Heat butter in a frying pan.

Fry the pancakes on both sides.

Our delicious pancakes with cottage cheese and raisins are ready. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
