Flour 600 g
Milk 400 ml
Potatoes 400 g
Vegetable oil 60 ml
Onion 1 pc
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tbsp l.
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Add 1 teaspoon of dry yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar to 400 milliliters of warm milk.
Leave the bowl with milk and yeast for 15 minutes.
Add 30 ml vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon salt to a bowl. Mix well.
Add 600 grams of sifted flour in 200 gram portions several times 3 times.
Knead the dough.
Cover the dough with a towel and leave to rise for 30 minutes. Knead the finished dough and cover with foil until cutting.
Peel 400 grams of potatoes.
Cut potatoes into pieces and cover with water. Cook until tender for 20 minutes.
Heat 30 milliliters of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry one finely chopped onion for 2-3 minutes.
Drain water from boiled potatoes, put in a bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Add the fried onions and mash the potatoes well.
Divide the dough into parts.
Roll the dough into flat cakes with a rolling pin.
Put the potato filling on the cake.
Pinch the edges of the pie. Turn over and flatten before frying. Prepare pies for frying.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry on one side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Turn over and fry on the other side.
Fried pies with potatoes in a pan are ready. Put the pies on a plate and serve.
