Chocolate muffins for Easter

Easter chocolate cupcakes for lovers of small chocolate treats.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Flour 200 g

Condensed milk. boiled 100 g

Butter 100 g

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Sugar 50 g

Eggs 1 pc

Cocoa powder 2 tbsp l.

Milk 3.2% fat. 120 ml

Baking powder 1/4 tsp.

Chocolate sprinkles for decoration to taste

Candy to taste

Salt 1 pinch.


In a bowl, combine sugar, cocoa and a pinch of salt.

Add flour and baking powder. Stir the mixture well.

In another bowl, combine egg, milk and vegetable oil.

Whisk well.

Mix the liquid with the dry mixture in a large bowl. Mix the dough well.

Insert paper capsules for cupcakes into the mold.

Fill with dough 2/3 of the volume.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick.

For cream, mix boiled condensed milk with butter.

Beat well with a blender.

On the cupcakes to carry the cream.

Decorate with chocolate sprinkles and colorful candies.
