This recipe will help you make a whole stack of thin pancakes with milk.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Milk 3.2% fat. 500 ml
Flour 150-170 g
Eggs 4 pcs
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/4 tsp
In a bowl, mix together 500 ml of milk and 4 eggs.
Add 150-170 grams of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well with a whisk, add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Bake thin pancakes in a pan on both sides.
Stack the pancakes.
