Pancakes with mushrooms

Thin, aromatic pancakes with mushrooms in a creamy sauce, it's very tasty. Every housewife should have this recipe.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Eggs 2 pcs

Milk 3.2% fat. 300 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 150 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Champignons (can be fresh or frozen) 300 g

Bulb onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Sugar to taste

Cream 20% fat. 40 g

Salt to taste


Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil with onions and carrots.

Add cream and salt. Simmer until thick.

Make a dough for thin pancakes. Beat eggs with milk, add flour, vegetable oil, salt and sugar to taste. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.

Bake the pancakes in a preheated frying pan on both sides, having previously greased the pan with vegetable oil.

Putting the minced meat on the edge of the pancake.

We fold it into an envelope. We spread the pancakes on a dish, decorate with herbs and serve.
