Sunshine Corn Salad is a hearty and fresh salad with chicken, corn and cucumber that will surely end up in your piggy bank of quick and delicious salad recipes.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Canned corn 100 g
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Dill 1 bunch
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Boil chicken fillet, potatoes and eggs until tender, cool and peel.
Dice the chicken fillet and fresh cucumber into a bowl.
Add diced potatoes and eggs.
Add corn and mayonnaise. Salt.
Stir the salad and place in a salad bowl.
Sprinkle with finely chopped dill on top.
The Sunny corn salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
