Vanilla muffins

Delicate vanilla muffins with a light cream for special moments.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Butter 100 g

Sugar 150 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp l.

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 1 pinch.

Egg white for cream 2 pcs

Sugar for cream 120 g

Water for cream 40 ml

Salt for cream 1 pinch.

Paper molds for muffins 12 pcs


Beat butter at room temperature with sugar using a mixer for 4-5 minutes.

Add one egg at a time, whisking constantly.

Beat the dough well until smooth for 2-3 minutes.

Place paper cupcake capsules in a mold.

Fill 1/3 of the volume with dough.

Bake in preheated to 180 degrees C for 15-17 minutes. Remove the finished muffins from the metal mold and cool completely.

For the cream, beat 2 egg whites with 1 pinch of salt until stiff peaks for 10-12 minutes.

In a saucepan, mix water and sugar.

Boil the syrup from water with sugar and boil for 5 minutes.

Pour the syrup into a bowl of whites in a thin stream and continue beating for another 3-4 minutes.

Place the finished cream in a pastry bag and apply to the muffins.

Decorate with pastry sprinkles.

Vanilla muffins are ready. Can be served with a romantic table.
