Easter cake with raisins

Easter cake with raisins, delicate and flavorful for your Easter table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Flour 300 g

Butter 200 g

Sugar 120 g

Powdered sugar 100 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Raisins 50 g

Baking powder 10 g

Salt 1 pinch.


Beat butter with sugar in a bowl with a mixer.

Add 4 yolks and 2 whites one at a time, whisking constantly.

Add baking powder, salt and flour.

Beat the dough well.

Soak raisins in hot water, remove, dry a little.

Add the raisins to the dough and stir.

Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Lay out the dough and flatten.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.

Cool the finished cake and remove from the mold.

Beat whites with powdered sugar for 3-5 minutes.

Pour the cake on top and leave in a warm oven at 40 degrees C for 10-15 minutes.

Decorate with pastry sprinkles.
