Thin and very tender pancakes on kefir with holes with gentle sourness.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Kefir 300 ml
Flour 140 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1/4 tsp.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Break the eggs into a bowl.
Beat with a mixer until three times the volume.
Add salt and baking powder to warm kefir and leave for 10 minutes.
Add vegetable oil to kefir.
Add sugar and salt.
Add sifted flour.
Add the beaten eggs in portions and stir the dough with a spatula from top to bottom.
Bake pancakes in a preheated frying pan, greasing the pan with vegetable oil if necessary.
Put the prepared pancakes on a plate.
Thin pancakes on kefir with holes are ready. Serve to the festive table.
