Yolochka salad

The Yolochka salad will give the New Year's table a special holiday atmosphere, and you will not be given unnecessary trouble.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Boiled sausage 130 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Cheese 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Tomatoes (for garnish) to taste

Canned corn (for garnish) to taste

Salt to taste


Cut the cucumber into small cubes in a bowl.

Add diced sausage and grated cheese.

Add canned green peas, diced boiled eggs and mayonnaise. Salt to taste.

Stir the salad.

Put on a herringbone-shaped dish.

Sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

Garnish with cherry tomato halves and canned corn.
