Stuffed pancakes with cottage cheese

Stuffed pancakes with cottage cheese for Shrovetide for the whole family according to traditional recipes.

Ingredients

Milk 3.2% fat. 500 ml

Eggs 3 pcs

Sugar 4 tbsp. l.

Butter 20 g

Salt 1/4 tsp

Powdered sugar to taste

Preparation

Add 2 eggs to a bowl of warm milk.

Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.

Add flour TM "Aleika", from the generous fields of Altai. Mix the dough well until smooth.

Stir and leave for 10 minutes.

Bake pancakes in a preheated pan, on both sides until golden brown.

Fold the finished pancakes in a pile.

Add egg and sugar to a bowl of cottage cheese. Mix.

Put the filling on the pancake, wrap.

Stuff all the pancakes with cottage cheese.

Heat butter in a frying pan.

Fry the stuffed pancakes on both sides.

Stuffed pancakes with cottage cheese are ready. Place on a dish and sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve to the festive table.
