Shortbread cookies with jam

Easy and simple to prepare shortbread cookies, which are so pleasant to eat with delicious tea.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Flour 300 g

Butter 180 g

Powdered sugar 80 g

Egg white 2 pcs

Jam 2-3 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 1 pinch.


Beat soft butter with a mixer with powdered sugar. Until lush mass 3-4 minutes.

Add egg whites and beat for another 2-3 minutes.

Add flour, baking powder and salt.

Beat until soft cheese consistency, 2-3 minutes with a mixer.

Transfer the dough to a pastry bag.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment and place small cookies at a distance of at least 2 cm from each other.

Make a depression in each cookie with your finger.

Place jam in the center.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.

Cool and put on a dish.

Shortbread cookies with jam are ready. Can be served with tea.
