Milk 3.2% fat. 350 ml

Grain mix for baking 30 g

Dry yeast 10 g

Sugar 1 tsp

Egg white 1 pc

Salt 1 tsp


Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in warm milk.

Add natural vegetable oil TM "Aleika". Put the bowl in a warm place for 15 minutes.

In the other part of the flour, pour onto the table and mix into the dough, knead for 15-20 minutes.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into parts. Crush each piece into a round loaf.

Brush with egg white and sprinkle with grain mixture.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment, grease with butter and transfer the dough. Leave on for another 20 minutes to delaminate.

Bake bread in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

Cover the finished bread with a towel and cool.
