Raisin cupcake

Delicate cake with raisins, just what you need for a warm tea party with friends and family.

Cooking time 35 minutes


Flour 200 g

Butter 170 g

Sugar 120 g

Raisins 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 1 pinch.


Rinse the raisins and pour boiling water over for 10-15 minutes.

In a bowl, beat room temperature butter with sugar.

Add eggs and beat well again with a mixer.

Add raisins to the dough.

Add flour, baking powder and salt.

Mix the dough well.

Grease a muffin tin with butter.

Put the dough into a mold and flatten.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

Cool the cake and remove from the mold.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

The raisin cupcake is ready. Can be served at the table.
