Puffs with apples

Puffs with apples, this is a quick pastry for tea for unexpected guests.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Puff pastry 400 g

Sour apples 2 pcs

Eggs 1 pc

Sugar 1-2 tbsp. l.

Sesame seeds 1/2 tbsp l.

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


Defrost the puff pastry and roll it into a layer.

Cut out even circles of dough.

Sprinkle each circle with cinnamon and sugar.

Lay out a quarter of an apple and make cuts.

Roll up notched edges.

Wrap the opposite ends.

Place the puffs on a baking sheet and brush with a beaten egg.

Sprinkle some sugar and sesame seeds on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

Put the finished puffs with apples on a dish and serve tea.
