Pancakes with ham and cheese

Ruddy, stuffed and delicious pancakes with ham and cheese for Shrovetide.

Water 900 ml

Ham 200 g

Hard cheese 200 g


For the preparation of delicious thin pancakes we need pancake flour TM "Aleika", which will allow us to cook delicious pancakes without using eggs and milk, vegetable oil TM "Aleika", water. For the filling, ham and cheese.

Pour pancake flour into a deep bowl and pour water in a thin stream.

Kneading the dough with a whisk, beat the dough well and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix.

Bake thin pancakes on a preheated pancake pan on both sides. Place the pancakes in a stack.

Cut the ham into cubes, grate the cheese and stir.

Put a spoonful of the filling on the pancake.

Wrap the edges.

Roll up with an envelope, seam down.

Stuff the rest of the pancakes.

Heat 2 tbsp in a frying pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on both sides.

Put on a dish.

Pancakes with ham and cheese are ready. Can be served at the table.

It is as easy as shelling pears to cook thin pancakes with TM "Aleika" pancake flour, but they turn out to be very tasty and thin.
