Plum pie in a slow cooker without the hassle.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Flour 220 g
Sugar 120 g
Plums 8-10 pcs
Sour cream 50 g
Butter 30 g
Eggs 4 pcs
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Beat eggs in a bowl with sugar.
Add soft butter.
Add sour cream.
Add flour and baking powder.
Beat the dough until a thick sour cream consistency.
Grease the bowl from the multicooker with butter and lay out the dough.
Wash and divide the plums, remove the seeds.
Place the halves on the dough and drown a little.
Bake the cake in BAKE mode for 1 hour.
Put the finished pie on a dish, cool slightly.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Pie with plums in a slow cooker is ready. Can be served at the table.
