Fried meat pies

Fried pies with meat, a simple and delicious recipe like grandma's.

Cooking time 1 hour


Flour 600 g

Minced pork and beef 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Milk 300 ml

Vegetable oil 30 ml

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Salt (in dough) 1/2 tsp

Dry yeast (30 g fresh) 1/2 tsp.

Salt (for minced meat) to taste

Frying oil to taste

Ground black pepper (for minced meat) to taste


Dissolve the yeast in milk with sugar.

Add oil, salt.

Add sifted flour.

Knead the dough.

Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise, for 30-40 minutes.

Mix the minced meat with the onion twisted in a meat grinder.

Season with salt and pepper, mix the minced meat well.

Divide the dough into small pieces.

Roll each part with a rolling pin into a cake.

Put the minced meat on the tortilla.

Pinch the edges in a circle, leaving a small hole.

Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.

Put on a dish.

Our fried meat patties are ready. Can be served at the table.
